This journal entry should have happend a long time ago. To be precise, three and a half years ago. I still feel bad for leaving without a notice. "Better late than never" almost doesn't cut it here.

It's been so long, I barely remember why I left DA in the first place. My ambitions to actually learn how to draw properly somehow got lost and my interest in drawing faded away. I never stopped entirely, my school books from highschool are all cluttered with random doodles and such. I even took a course about art and drawing. Believe it or not it produced some fine results, if I may say so myself. Though looking back at my old works I won't be updating anything until I get a good scanner.

About my old deviations, I chose to delete all the scraps and most of the art relating to my now abandoned project. Even though they are nostalgic to look at, they aren't exactly easy on the eyes, hehe. See this a clean slate for me to work on sometime in the future should my artistic side overtake me again.

Anyway, this is a (real) goodbye from me. I thank all of you who followed and suppored me during my short stay on DA. I've looked at your respective galleries and you've really progressed far during these years, keep it up! I'll be lurking on DA as I've been all this time. Even though I've stopped drawing, I still like to enjoy drawn art, and DA is truly the best place for that.
